The Approach
How We Handle Maintenance & Support
Simulators are part hardware, part software, and both need care. Screens need cleaning and re-tensioning, mats wear, projectors age and software updates arrive.
We offer remote troubleshooting for software and connection problems, on-site service for calibration and hardware, and guidance on routine maintenance so small issues stay small.
If you have a system installed by someone else, call us. We can often help.

Know the Technology
How Your Launch Monitor Reads the Swing

Radar launch monitors
Doppler radar tracks the ball and club by bouncing signals off them. Radar units are compact and typically portable, popular for both range and indoor use.
Strengths
- Easy to carry between bay and range
- Great outdoors, works indoors with enough room
- Usually sits beside or behind the ball
Keep in mind
- Needs more space indoors than overhead units
- Spin and club data can vary by model
Examples: Garmin Approach R10, Trackman 4, Rapsodo and SkyTrak (radar plus camera)

Camera (photometric) monitors
High-speed cameras photograph the club and ball around impact and calculate the flight. Camera units are known for detailed impact data and are very popular in home simulators.
Strengths
- Rich impact data
- Excellent indoors
- Many models place the unit on the floor
Keep in mind
- Needs good lighting and a clean hitting zone
- Floor units need room beside the ball
Examples: Foresight GCQuad and GC3, Bushnell Launch Pro, Garmin Approach R50

Overhead (ceiling-mounted) systems
Overhead launch monitors mount above the hitting area and look down at the ball and club. They free up floor space and suit dedicated, permanent bays.
Strengths
- Nothing on the floor to trip over or hit
- Clean, permanent installation
- Often a large hitting zone
Keep in mind
- Needs sufficient ceiling height
- Less portable: made for a fixed room
Examples: Trackman iO, Uneekor EYE XO2, Foresight Falcon, ProTee VX, Golfin IDRA II, Full Swing Sport Series
Technology categories are general. Individual models vary, so we match the right unit to your room.
